This policy defines permitted and prohibited uses of the Services provided by Global Cloud Servers. By using our services you agree to comply with this AUP.

You may use the Services for lawful purposes consistent with your service plan and ordering terms.
- Prohibited Uses
You must not use our Services for, or allow others to use your account for:
- Illegal activities under applicable law (including but not limited to data theft, hacking, phishing, distributing malicious software).
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or messages in violation of law or good practice.
- Hosting or distributing content that infringes intellectual property rights of others.
- Hosting content that is obscene, pornographic, violent, harassing, hateful or incites violence.
- Attempting to interfere with the normal operation of our services or network, including over-utilisation of system resources.
- Reselling or sharing accounts unless explicitly permitted in your plan.
- Using the services in a way that risks the reputation or stability of our network.
- Enforcement
We may monitor usage of our services for compliance. If we suspect a breach:
- We may contact you for clarification or remedy.
- We may suspend or terminate your service without notice.
- We may delete related content or data at our discretion.
- You remain liable for any fees or damages resulting from such breach.
- Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please contact us immediately with relevant details.
