Global Cloud Servers – Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with our hosting services, we offer a refund within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, provided you comply with the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To qualify:
- The refund request must be made within 30 days from service activation.
- The service must not have been upgraded or changed during that period.
- You must not have violated any of our Acceptable Usage Policy or Terms.
- Domains, SSL certificates and other add-ons may not be refundable.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel the service at any time via the client portal or by contacting support.
Upon cancellation:
- No further recurring fees will be charged (if you cancel before renewal).
- Any payment for the current billing cycle is non-refundable (except as specified above).
- After cancellation, your data may be retained for a limited period before deletion; see our Data Retention Policy.
4. How to Request a Refund
Submit a support ticket via our portal or email [insert email] with your account and order details. We will process your request, verify your eligibility and refund the applicable amount to your original payment method.
5. Partial Refunds & Upgrades
Refund amounts may be prorated if you upgrade/downgrade or add/remove services within the refund period. Specific conditions will apply and will be determined case by case.
6. Termination by Global Cloud Servers
If we suspend or terminate your account for violation of our Terms or AUP, you will not be eligible for any refund.
